If shipping from the United States to Mexico, the shipper must complete the following documentation:

• Straight Bill of Lading and Commercial Invoice
  The bill of lading is completed by the U.S. Shipper/Exporter and submitted to YRC Freight Inc. English or Spanish accepted.The exporter/shipper completes the commercial invoice. Submit to U.S. Forwarding Agent Spanish required. The U.S. Forwarding Agent will translate for a fee.
  Both the Straight Bill of Lading—Short Form and the Commercial Invoice are included in the E·Z EXPORT®: Mexico.
• Packing List
  Completed by Exporter/Shipper. Detailing the specific commodities, item by item, of each package or case in the shipment. Submit to U.S. Forwarding Agent. English or Spanish accepted.
• Shipper’s Export Declaration
  Shipper/Exporter or a U.S. Forwarding Agent completes this form. English required.
• Import Pedimento
  Completed and submitted to Mexican Customs by Mexican Customs Broker. Spanish required.
• NAFTA Certificate of Origin (if applicable)
  A uniform certificate that is used in Canada, Mexico and the United States to certify that goods being exported qualify as an originating good for purposes of preferential tariff. The shipper/exporter completes and signs, then keeps on file. The importer claiming NAFTA preferences is required to keep a copy of the certificate. May cover single importations or multiple (blanket certificate). Submit a copy of the certificate to your appropriate customs broker to claim NAFTA benefits.Note: Must provide the name and address of the Mexico customs broker and U.S. forwarding agent for the shipment.

If shipping from Mexico to the United States, the shipper must complete the following documentation:

  Completed by the Mexican Shipper/Exporter and given to a YRC Freight driver. English or Spanish accepted.
• Export Pedimento
  Completed and submitted to Mexican Customs by Mexican Customs Broker. Spanish required.
• NAFTA Certificate of Origin (if applicable)  
  A uniform certificate that is used in Canada, Mexico and the United States to certify that goods being exported qualify as originating goods for purposes of preferential tariff. The shipper/exporter completes and signs the certificate, then keeps it on file. The importer claiming NAFTA preferences is required to keep a copy of the certificate. May cover single importations or multiple (blanket certificate). Submit a copy of the certificate to your appropriate Customs Broker to claim NAFTA benefits.

Note: Must provide the name and address of the Mexico and the U.S. customs brokers or importers of record.

Si está enviando de México a Estados Unidos, el embarcador debe
de llenar la siguiente documentación.

• Orden de Servicio
  Llenado por el embarcador/exportador y presentado a YRC Freight. Se acepta en ingles o español.
• Pedimento de Exportación
  Llenado y presentado a la aduana mexicana por el agente aduanal mexicano se requiere en español.
• Certificado de Origen del TLC (en caso de aplicar) 
  Certificado uniforme que se utiliza en Canada, México y Estados Unidos para certificar que la
  mercancía que se exporta califica como mercancía originaria y para los fines de tarifa
  preferencial. El embarcador/exportador lo completa firma y lo archiva. El importador que pide tarifa
  preferencial de TLC necesita quedarse con una copia del certificado. Cubre importaciones sencillas o
  múltiples. Presentar una copia del certificado al agente aduanal apropiado para pedir los
  beneficios del TLC.

Se debe especificar nombre y dirección del agente aduanal en México y del agente aduanal en
Estados Unidos o del importador.

Si está enviando de Estados Unidos a México, el embarcador debe de llenar la siguiente documentación:

• Conocimiento de Embarque y Factura Comercial
  Llenado por el embarcador/exportador y llenado por YRC Freight se acepta en inglés o español.
  Llenado por el exportador/embarcador. Presentado por el agente aduanal de carga de estados unidos. Se
  requiere español. El agente aduanal lo puede traducir con un costo adicional.

Ambos el conocimiento de embarque—la forma corta y la factura comercial están incluidas en el E·Z
EXPORT®: México.

• Lista de Empaque
  Llenado por el exportador/embarcador. Se debe detallar la mercancía específicamente, producto por producto, de cada paquete o caja en el embarque. Presentado por el agente aduanal de carga. Se acepta inglés o español.
• Declaración de Exportación del Embarcador
  El embarcador/exportador o un agente aduanal de carga de Estados Unidos llena esta forma. Se requiere en inglés.
• Pedimento de Importación
  Llenado y presentado a la aduana mexicana por el agente aduanal mexicano. Se requiere en español.
• Certificado de Origen del TLC (en caso de aplicar)
  Certificado uniforme que se utiliza en México, Estados Unidos y Canadá para certificar que la mercancía que se exporta califica como mercancía originaria para propósitos de tarifa preferencial. El embarcador/exportador llena y firma esta forma para archivarla. El importador que reclama las preferencias del TLC debe tener una copia de dicho certificado. Cubre importaciones sencillas o múltiples. Presentar una copia del certificado al agente aduanal apropiado para reclamar los beneficios del TLC.
