Amanda

Hi, my name is Amanda, I’m the Manager of the YRC Border Office. I started at YRC as a Border Ambassador, was promoted to a Supervisor and now the Manager. Our office is open 24/7 which allows us to be available day or night to keep freight moving across the border. We have a great team of knowledgeable Border Ambassadors available to support you. I’m happy to be part of this team and provide such a necessary service.

My name is Shauna, I’ve been with YRC for 18 of years working at the Sarnia Border Office. During this time, I’ve seen us advance from a paper-driven process to the fully electronic communications we have today. In my position I work with Customers, Sales, Drivers, and Customs, to ensure that everything is in order prior to the shipment crossing the border. YRC is a company that takes great pride in our cross border operations and our Border Office is a key part of that.

If you do not have a Broker, we’ll recommend one of our Partner Brokers to assist with the cross border process.
