- Show name
- City and venue
- Booth number
- Move-in and move-out dates
- Place/time of pickup
2. Prepare the shipment
Tell us your plans to move the display, its packaging requirements, and complete the exhibit bill of lading available on our website. If you need help, our dedicated exhibit support is available 24/7.
3. After the show
When completing the paperwork, specify YRC Freight for the move-out. Then call us or go online to schedule your pickup at the show site.
