Job Title: Operations Clerk
Job Summary: Performing a variety of clerical and administrative processes in support of the Terminal operation.
Location: Ottawa
Principal Duties:
  • Perform various assignments in accordance with established procedures and under general instruction.
  • General office duties – scanning, faxing, filing, imaging, etc.
  • Compose and edit general correspondences and reports.
  • Answer telephone calls and properly route customer issues to correct area for resolution.
  • Overages, shortages and Damages
  • Freight Appointments
  • Assist with dispatch
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Completion of secondary school.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Attention to detail required.
  • Clerical or Customer Service experience preferred.
Working Conditions: Works within the Terminal office and dock area. Monday to Friday, 9 am start. Some overtime may be required.
